NO BORDERS PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION AWARD /
"No Borders" - Photography Exhibition Award is an international competition for emerging photographers aged 16-35 from Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Ukraine.
We invite enthusiasts and professionals at the beginning of their journey to take part in a visual conversation about neighborhood and locality in the new, post-pandemic times by organizing an outdoor traveling exhibition that will visit the Visegrad countries.
The competition, which will last 4 months, includes a number of educational activities: meetings with, workshops, portfolio reviews and participation in a collective exhibition. The main prize, awarded by the international jury during the FotoArtFestival inauguration, is the production of a solo exhibition with a catalog. The aim of the competition is to unite people through photography (without borders), to strengthen cooperation between countries and to show cultural differences as a source of strength!

Other finalists will participate in an Open Air Travelling Exhibition, which will also be displayed during the FotoArtFestival and in the Partners' countries in 2022. The additional awards include participation in a series of workshops, portfolio reviews, meetings, exhibitions, and catalogues online and offline. The winning works will also be shown during the FotoArtFestival organized in Bielsko-Biała in October 2021.
The competition is open to citizens or residents of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary or Ukraine aged 16 to 35 who send their competition entry via the website: www.nobordersaward.eu. We accept applications in the following categories: Portrait, Landscape, Street Photography, Art, Document and Photo Series.
